BRUSSELS – The Brussels examining magistrate arrested a man on Tuesday with the suspected rape four children.
27-year-old S.A. has already faced trial on charges of armed robbery. S.A. is believed to have raped four children between the ages of 6 and 14 in 2005 and 2006.
The man was charged after extensive detective work by the youth department of the local police in Brussels-West and the paedophilia department of the federal police.
He is currently serving time in prison for a number of robberies. He committed the sex offences while on leave from prison.
