The announcement of the Oscar nominations contained good news for the Flemish film industry. Tanghi Argentini has been nominated in the short film category.
Dirk Van Dijck, Koen Van Impe and Hilde Norga star.
The film tells the story of a rather bland office worker who meets a woman via the Internet.
He creates a fantasy and tells her he is an experienced tango dancer and they meet up at a dance.
On 24 February Director Guido Thijs will learn whether or not he can go home with an Oscar.
