Francophone socialist leader, Elio Di Rupo, the man asked to form a new Federal Government has set an ultimatum for the Flemish Christian democrat party. Mr Di Rupo wants to know whether Wouter Beke's party is prepared to start formal coalition talks and accept the five principles that he has now formulated.
