It’s the Chinese New Year on 19 February when the Year of the Goat starts.

This inspired artist Charles Kaisin to make his work of art in the form of a goat.

The work of art is displayed in the courtyard of Hong Kong’s PMQ Building, an old barracks that has been completely renovated.
