Freed Swiss buisnessman Goeldi to return home

Max Goeldi, the Swiss businessman freed earlier this week after spending four months in a Libyan jail, is to return home on Sunday. Meanwhile, Switzerland and Libya have signed an "action plan" to iron out longstanding diplomatic tensions.
