Eurozone stocks tumble over renewed Greek debt fears

European markets slid on Tuesday and the euro hit a new one-year low against the dollar as fears grew that a joint European Union-International Monetary Fund bailout for Greece would not stop its debt crisis from spreading throughout the eurozone.
