BRUSSELS – The local police in Dilbeek were called this weekend by a woman who reported that her mother had been struck several times during a domestic dispute.

When the officers arrived on the scene and ascertained that no one at the address spoke Dutch they left and told the victim to call another local police department.

No action was taken or report filed against the perpetrator who was on the scene as well.
