Belgium’s sexy 60-somethings busy on the job

BRUSSELS – Belgians in their 60s are a sexually active group, it was reported on Thursday.

Almost half those aged between 60 and 69 say they have sex once a week, according to a study carried out by the University of Leuven.

Psychiatrist Joen Demyttenaere, who supervised the survey, was astonished that senior couples were so sexually active.

Some 3,000 people were questioned for the survey and the results were reported in De Standaard, Het Volk and Het Nieuwsblad.
