Belgian police nab Dutch drug dealers

BRUSSELS – Police in the Belgian city of Turnhout have arrested four Dutch drug dealers, it was reported on Monday.

According to Flemish newspaper the Gazet van Antwerpen, the city’s anti-drugs squad seized more than 100 kilogrammes of heroin and 50 kilogrammes of marijuana.

The drugs were hidden in a shipment of paper and fans and came from Turkey.

They were allegedly destined for Turkish dealers in London.

The drugs were said to have a street value of at least EUR 25 million.
