Drivers Association Touring warned against potential traffic jams and accidents due to the snowy weather conditions throughout Belgium.

The association advises drivers in Belgian to be very careful on the roads, especially on Thursday morning.

As much as 5 centimetres of snow is expected to fall in the French-border region on Thursday morning.

Fog and icy roads are also to be expected in all regions.

The association asked drivers to adapt their driving to the weather conditions and respect a safe distance between moving vehicles.
