AMSTERDAM — A man was killed on Thursday when he was run over a by a road roller in the southern Dutch city of Rosmalen.

The victim died at the scene, a nu.nl news report said. Police have refused to reveal the man’s identity.

It is not yet known how the accident occurred and the Labour Inspectorate has launched an inquiry.
