ROTTERDAM — A 63-year-old Rotterdam man has been arrested for allegedly allowing his dog to attack a 13-year-old boy who had irritated him by his behaviour.
The boy suffered a swollen wrist after he was bitten by the dog on Thursday afternoon, Dutch news agency nu.nl reported on Friday.
The owner of the dog was arrested in his home on assault charges. He has since been released from custody.
