Coffee giants Dutch D.E Master Blenders and US-based Mondelez on Tuesday announced a multi-billion-dollar merger to create the world’s top coffee supplier.
“Mondelez International and D.E Master Blenders today announced their intentions to combine their respective coffee businesses to create the world’s leading pure coffee company,” they announced in a joint statement.
