USA, Iran: Dialogue flops again

An international conference on the observance of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons NPT is currently underway at the United Nations headquarters in New York. Everybody was looking forward to the speeches of the representatives of Iran and the USA. As it proved, not in vain.
