Talks on a new partnership and cooperation agreement between Moscow and the EU have reached significant progress, Russia’s permanent representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said during a video-link between Moscow and Brussels. Some provisions of the new agreement have already been approved some are to be finished soon, Chizhov said.
