Spivakov conducts a VE Day concert at UNESCO HQ

Russia ’s prominent conductor Vladimir Spivakov conducted the Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Commonwealth of Independent States CIS during a VE Day concert at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. The event also marked the 65th jubilee since the foundation of the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
