S Korea takes patrol boat sinking to the UN

The South Korean President Lee Myung-bak is appearing before the UN Security Council Monday to raise complaints about the sinking of a South Korean patrol boat in a mysterious incident in late March. Reports spoke about an underwater explosion near South Korea’s disputed Yellow Sea borderline with the North.
