Russia to snatch the chance to change its economy Medvedev

Russia ’s government should snatch the chance to change the country’s economy, the president Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting on budget policy. He urged the government not to waste money, as budget expenses are to contribute to the further economic development. Medvedev also said that social stability should be maintained.
