Russia to render humanitarian aid to several countries official

The Russian Emergencies Ministry currently grapples with rendering humanitarian aid to an array of countries, including Palestine, Guinea, Congo and Haiti, which was hit by a powerful earthquake at the beginning of the year, a Ministry spokesman told Interfax on Wednesday.
