Recycling of cars may bring profit to Russias car giant

Extending the program on recycling of old cars may make AvtoVAZ car maker profitable, Vladimir Artyakov, the governor of the Samara region where the factory is located, told Russia’s prime minister Vladimir Putin. He said the factory sells every fifth car within this program.
