Nuclear safety new basis for NATO partnership with Russia?

Nuclear safety issues could become the basis for NATO’s partnership with Russia, U.S. Representative David Scott told a session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Riga, Latvia. He said that joint efforts would eliminate the possibility of nuclear weapons falling into terrorist hands.
