NATO needs Russian cooperation – Gen Makarov

NATO realizes it can’t tackle global security challenges without cooperation from Russia. This country’s military Chief of Staff General Nikolai Makarov told this to the press after emerging from a meeting with his NATO colleagues on Friday.
