Japanese restaurant guests to be fined for eating little

Guests of a Japanese restaurant in a Sydney suburb will be fined for eating little. The owner warns he will put the guests who fail to eat up the food ordered on his “;black list”;. By contrast, those who will swallow up everything will get a 30% discount, says the restaurant-keeper Yukako Ichikawa.
