Israel has extradited its citizen Shumshum Shubayev suspected of murder to Russia. According to Russia’s Prosecutor’s Office, Shubayev attacked a woman in the south of Russia in 1999 and was internationally wanted in 2000. If the court finds him guilty, he will be imprisoned in Israel.
