Bout Jury Hears Recordings About Weapons Deal

An informant for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration testified that Russian businessman Viktor Bout seemed fully engaged in an effort to sell weapons to an anti-American group in a hotel in Thailand before his 2008 arrest.
