Al -Fayed sold Harrods

Mohamed al-Fayed, the Egyptian owner of world famous store Harrods, has sold it for £1.5bn to the Qatari royal family. The decision may be caused by the global financial crisis. Al-Fayed’s son Dodi and Princess Diana died in Paris in a car crash.
