16 died in Tajikistan landslide

16 people died and 40 are missing in a landslide in south Tajikistan. The local river burst its banks after heavy rains. 12 bridges were destroyed and 1500 houses damaged. Russian soldiers in the region are assisting in the rescue operation,. The losses are estimated at 100,000 000 dollars.
