Europe Gets Signal From Fobos-Grunt

The European Space Agency has received the first signal from Fobos-Grunt since it got stuck in Earth's orbit. The ESA, which has been helping Russia attempt to communicate with the unmanned spaceship bound for the Martian moon Phobos, said in a statement Wednesday that its tracking facility in the Australian city of Perth had established contact with the spacecraft the day before.
