A prominent Russian artist and sculptor, Zurab Tsereteli, will be decorated with the National Order of the Legion of Honor, established by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1802. The ceremony is scheduled to take place today at the Moscow-based Academy of Arts Tsereteli has headed since 1997.
