WWII memorial plaques unveiled in Russian Foreign Ministry

Thursday saw the unveiling of memorial plaques with the names of Soviet diplomats and employees from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who gave their lives to uphold the independence of their Motherland during World War Two. The death toll includes secretary Yadviga Iofan, consul-general Andrei Busygin and assistant officer Vladimir Shevtsov.
