Vocal identification system

From now forward, culprits can be identified by their voice. The Centre for Vocal Technology in St. Petersburg has developed the best system of vocal identification in the world, in response to a request by the Mexican government. The system can swiftly identify drug lords and terrorists after intercepting their telephone conversations or acquiring their audio discussions.
