US prepared to reset relations with Russia on adoptions

The Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday that the United States is prepared for constructive cooperation in the spirit of “;resetting”; with the Russian Federation on the issue of adoptions. Yesterday Moscow played host to the first stage of talks on drafting and signing a bilateral agreement on the subject.
