The oil slick where a BP rig sank in the Gulf of Mexico last week is five times bigger than expected. Experts say up to 5 thousand barrels, or 800 thousand liters, of oil is gushing into the sea daily. Earlier reports estimated the spillage at one thousand barrels a day.
