The World University Games in Kazan in 2013 should become a good drill in preparation for the Winter Olympics in Sochi. A statement to that effect was made by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as he spoke at a conference in Kazan, the capital of the Republic on Tatarstan on the Volga.
