A concert marking the 100th anniversary of Russia’s famous ballerina Galina Ulanova was held in Ufa, in the Urals, within the Rudolph Nureyev International Ballet Festival. Top Russian dancer, Rudolf Nureyev adored Ulanova and always sent her flowers when she was on tour abroad. The Ufa festival has been held since 1993 when the dancer died.
