Two Russian border guards detained in Georgia

The Georgian police have detained two Russian border guards, who had crossed the Abkhazian-Georgian border, a spokesman for the country’s Interior Ministry, Shota Utiashvili, said Wednesday. An hour before the start of the five-sided meeting on the Georgia-Abkhazian conflict, Mr. Utiashvili added that the detainees were handed over to the Russian side.
