Turkey condemns Russia airport bombing

Turkey “strongly” condemns Monday’s suicide bombing at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport that killed 35 people and wounded dozens, a foreign ministry statement said.

“Our grief over the incident and condolence messages are being conveyed by our president, prime minister and (foreign) minister to their counterparts,” the statement said.

The suicide bomber blew himself up in the packed arrivals hall of Moscow’s largest airport in an attack slammed by the Kremlin as an act of terror.
