Tories propose coalition with Lib Dems

According to an almost complete vote count, Thursday’s elections in the UK are returning a hung Parliament with the most seats in the hands of the Conservatives. The Conservative leader David Cameron has been in touch with the Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg with an initiative for a Tory-led coalition.
