Igor Volkov, the former director of the Raspadskaya coal mine in Siberia, will stand trial in connection with the recent tragedy that left 66 miners dead, chief of Russia’s Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin announced Tuesday. He said that other Raspadskaya managers could also be charged.
