Kabul police have arrested three terrorists of Pakistani, Tajik and Russian origin, Bakhtar news agency reports, quoting an Afghan Interior Ministry source. The three, Hiyal Jamal from Pakistan and Ilyas Karimov and Nail Kayev from Tajikistan and Russia, said they had come to prepare a series of terror attacks in Bagram in the Parvan region.
