The Russian trawler "Viking", whose home port is Murmansk , was arrested on Thursday in the fisheries protection zone established by Norway near the Svalbard archipelago , this per a representative of the Norway Coast Guard Trond Johansen. According to him, the Norwegian inspectors patrolling the area by helicopter, spotted the Russian vessel dumping fish.
