United Kingdom Stocks hit seven-week high after Eurozone rescue deal

Markets rallied following Thursday morning's key eurozone rescue deal in Brussels. World stocks measured by the MSCI All-Country World Index advanced to a seven-week high of 1.7 per cent, and the euro was up 0.9 per cent.
