Somali pirates have attacked the Russian tanker ";Moscovsky Universitet"; in the eastern part of the Gulf of Aden, a regional Navy source informed the RIA-Novosti news agency. The attack took place at about 8:00 Moscow time when the ship was on its way from the Red Sea to China.
