Shtokman Tax Break Expected Soon

Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky expects the government to announce tax breaks that would facilitate development of the giant Shtokman gas field by Gazprom, France’s Total and Norway’s Statoil in the next month and a half.
