Russian defending champion Svetlana Kuznetsova has beaten Romanian Sorana Cirstea 6-3, 6-1 at the French Open Sunday, RIA-Novosti reported. In the second round Kuznetsova is to meet the winner of the match between Russia’s Elena Vesenina and Germany’s Andrea Petkovich.
