As of Sunday, Russians will be able to travel to Albania on a visa-free basis, a spokesman for the Albanian Embassy in Moscow told reporters earlier in the day. The visa-free regime is to be in place till November 2010, the spokesman added, citing the 90-day private and tourist trips Russians are allowed to make.
