Russian ship crew saves 60 migrants

The crew of the Russian freighter MV Postojna has rescued some 60 undocumented migrants whose boat was in distress near the Australian-owned Cocos Islands halfway between Sri Lanka and Australia. According to The Sydney Morning Herald, all are safe on Cocos land. Their destination was Australia.
