The Russian Economics Ministry has upped its 2010 economic expansion forecast to between 3.5 and 4.5 percent. It also believes that an even more impressive figure is a possibility. Prime Minister Putin told this to officials at a high-level meeting on public finances in Moscow on Wednesday.
