United Kingdom Russian Cabinet finds START ready for ratification

The Russian Government has approved the Russian-US treaty on reducing strategic offensive weapons, START, and has forwarded it to the President who will submit it to the State Duma, the Russian Parliament’s lower house, for ratification.
