The Russian deputy foreign minister, Sergei Ryabkov, leader of the Russian delegation to the review conference on the implementation of the nonproliferation of weapons treaty, has told journalists in New York that Russia is hoping that the Obama administration will send the Russia-U.S agreement on peaceful nuclear technology back to the Senate for ratification.
